Liferaft Systems Australia is a privately owned organisation formed specifically to design and manufacture marine evacuation systems for the international ferry market. 

The organisation is established in a purpose built production facility.

The nature of the work carried out, and the organisation's corporate strategy, its attitude towards quality assurance and commitment to producing a product to save lives requires a clear and logical approach to the manufacture of each item of lifesaving equipment.

Quality is fundamental to the work undertaken by Liferaft Systems Australia and is promoted to enhance the working environment to the betterment of the organisation, its employees, management, customers, other interested parties and end users. 

To promote uniformity of work consistent with continuous improvement certain activities fundamental to the organisation shall be implemented at all times without significant variation.
